- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am currently a policy holder, I went to add a policy for my motorcycle and was told there is no penalty for closing my policy on my bike after starting it, because of cold and wintery weather. So I closed my policy after asking before I signed up and before I canceled that there is no penalty. TWO DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES FROM THIS OFFICE LIED TO ME AND SAID NO THERE IS NO PENALTY OR FINES FOR CLOSING A POLICY. A WEEK LATER THE INSURANCE COMPANY BILLED ME FOR 110.00$ NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE FULL BALANCE. JUST SO YOU KNOW.By John S, July 09, 2017
